Respecting military vet, Roderick Santulan, would be easier if he didn't lie to investors, actually executed on his commitments, and fulfilled his fiduciary obligation to the shareholders.
Santulan has crushed his shareholders with 2.3 billion shares of dilution since August, with no explanation.
Santulan committed to posting the very late financial reports by October 23. It is now December 7 and still nothing! FYI...the accountants prepare the financial statements, not CEO Roderick!
Santulan failed to post a pro forma Web to Door financial statement in conjunction with the SPRV acquisition! Assuming the acquisition was legitimate, a financial statement would have been completed as a part of the acquisition Due Diligence. "Real" companies do not buy other companies without knowing the details of the "other" company's financial situation. It is simple....how can a company determine the acquisition's value without knowing a company's financial details?
Speaking of determining the "value", Santulan NEVER told the SPRV shareholders what they actually paid to acquire Web to Door! How many acquisitions, done by "real" companies, have ever been made where the shareholders are kept in the dark, regarding the use of THEIR money?
Santulan immediately changed the names of the Officers and Directors as posted on the OTC Markets website and quickly changed the Company name on its Delaware Corporate Charter, but Rod failed to take the ten minutes needed to update the listed T/A verified Share Structure data. It is nothing but a pure FRAUD to choose to convey bogus share counts by ignoring 2 1/2 year-old Share Structure BS!
NOPE! Roderick Santulan, veteran or otherwise, deserves no respect for the way he is abusing his shareholders! He has been bludgeoning the shareholders, continues to post share pumping tripe, but wouldn't know true "INVESTOR TRANSPARENCY" if it bit him on the butt!
