P, that's the hope but it doesn't "signal" anything. Many hundreds if not thousands of cos. have historically issued warrants that were never exercised and expired b/c the pps never reached that high.

What not infrequently happens is that if the co. is struggling for cash, and the pps is too low, the co. will get the board of directors to lower the exercise price of the warrants.
