It’s really interesting stuff. Stevens through a proxy Bill Burton has unregistered shares and is claiming control of UPCO. Burton/Stevens are trying to reinstate with NVSOS and claim a custodian is moot.

Bauman and the transfer agent quicksilver are contesting his ability to claim ownership. They claim that even if Stevens reinstates its an illegal reinstatement and that polito should be granted custody.

Should get really interesting especially if Stevens is able to reinstate.
