Like I said before; THERE IS NO JV and THERE IS NO PLAN for a JV.
They have been INVENTING STUFF TRYING TO SELL SHARES.
Look at past updates and THEY CONTRADICT THEMSELVES OFTENNNNNN.
First the FILINGS; they were almost done (SEPT), then took time because CERTAIN HOLIDAYS (OCT) and now they say that they have to finish them pronto (DEC).
They FOCUSSED on the JV to make YOU FORGET about the filings.
NOW the JV is a HUGE secret that they cannot talk you shareholders about.
