put it another way - I heard through the grapevine from anonymous sources (speculating) that the "company" paid nearly $1MM USD for the CNCT SEC reporting listing and another $2MM USD for the "party" announcing the deal - so they pretty much are guaranteed to be nailed to a cross somewhere in Jerusalem unless they put something together - and quickly - because that's an outrageous amount of money if nothing follows their "announcement" that's positive or that seals a deal of some kind.
