Correct. I'm not worried about the construction of the facilities and the renovations. If they have everything squared away, and hopefully the contracting of supplies for the building is done right, they can get things moving quickly. I was talking more so about the speed of the merger.

Most merger processes take 6 to 9 months and even longer. There are some that are really good at the process that can do it in 4 months.

My conversation with John Stockwell eluded to the fact that everything is moving forward and that the merger was going to happen. They have paid for the custodians and everything. It's just when will they be able to start the process.
