1. Why would Purdue strike a commercial agreement with IPCI though? The only thing of any potential future inherent value IPCI can possibly offer Purdue is PODRAS...and PODRAS is bare minimum 3 full years away and at least $30M in costs from ever getting in front of an adcom let alone approved by the FDA. So IMO there's no reason for Purdue to reach any commercial agreement with IPCI on anything. Maybe a R&D agreement on PODRAS...but they can just sit back and get a R&D deal on PODRAS for next to nothing at the rate IPCI's been going over the past 5 years and counting.

Points 2 and 3. IMO an update on more HAP results and Re-filing of Rexista NDA won't do anything at this already late stage since they've already missed their window of commercialization opportunity so badly and have provided no proof that they'll fare any better at the next Rexista adcom if they even get in front of another panel.

So in conclusion my personal opinion is that Odidi has diluted all he's needed to dilute in order to continue paying all the bloated salaries involved to deliver no relevant increase in value for 10 years running now. And since eventually all the dilution is supposed to translate into measurable value(not just keep the bloated paychecks rolling)...I see no proof that IPCI has anything coming in their near term pipeline to create any relevant fresh value of any kind...and they're also on the verge of losing their commercialization agreements on Lamictal and Pristiq with Mallinkrodt as of Dec 31st to boot...which only means that those 2 ANDA's are as worthless as the 3 ANDA's they already have collecting dust because all 5 ANDA's have all missed their commercialization windows of opportunity.

I would love for Odidi to prove me wrong for all those who remain vested here...but from what I see nothing of any relevant value is coming to save the day here anytime soon because after a full decade on the job Odidi's proved incapable of striking any relevant deals
