SNS, I fully agree with everything you stated... no argument from me.

The push to $10 prior to the expiration of the offering was obviously a ruse to get common shareholders to buy the offering at $1.75. I feel for those individuals that fell into the trap.

I also agree that the insider buys were not in good faith. Take Purpura for example. Why would he not spend $9,625 to secure compensation in excess of $385,000? In my view they are all doing what it takes to keep the company afloat and their compensation intact and nothing more.
