Mark this post. Many people got brought into this stsc scam because someone (perhaps a friend or colleague) talked this junk up and made it sound oh so good. Say these filings cost 20000 or 30000? That's nothing to pay to get say a million or more back in all the other people's (the conned/believers) money they have put in. If you don't believe that this did happen, you have your head too far in the clouds looking for that golden ticket.
