Notice the date. Jamuary 2009 he opened a sports supplement company selling the exact same products as the old CRSM was selling. Notice how he opened the new company 4 months before he ran away and disappeared from this pubco. He was still signing as CEO here 5 months after he opened the exact same type of company for himself. On paper it is starting to look like the former CEO possible raided this pubco and stole the assets to open his own private company using the CRSM assets. Breached his fiduciary duty. Could be a major lawsuit for CRSM to sue this guy James Klein for theft. We have much more to add on this subject over the coming weeks.
