All the Daily major indices are below their 320MA except for the DOW which is sitting just on top of it's 320MA. There are no up signals on the Daily charts either, but we are getting very OS but if we are in a bear market then OS does not matter...we just get more OS..I have no ne targets as I post...Maybe something on the minute charts...but I have not looked at those very closely..
