All I know is what's in the news release.

There is a BCSC hearing today...my guess is there will be more news after the hearing.

Marapharm had two directors resign this year...after the May/June PP's. There has been a corporate restructuring, name change, new CEO and Code of Conduct Policy implemented.

I'm not worried about it near as much as getting buildings finished and producing revenues.
