It'll be 50 million new shares if they will dilute 5 cent dividend. Sell 50M at 8-9 cents to have good margin for anyone who "lends" the money and keep something to yourself and then pay divi. I'd say about 50 million new shares. And second dividend will be impossible unless it's sub-penny because of the amount of shares.
