Just a matter of time al19.... merger time line is Dec 31...with that date falling during the Christmas and New Years week I honestly suspect we will get some information the week of Dec 17 ( Monday ) thru Dec 21 ( Friday ) With Christmas on a Tuesday that means Monday the 24 is short day for the market, closes at 1 on Christmas eve day..so no news then... putting out news on Wed, Thru of Friday would be so much more less effective as the last week of the year is piss poor for trading.... so we have around 10 trading days where the news of how this is going to go will be released.

Time is on our side... buyers will be aplenty once that merger update PR is released.
