Sharkey, I'm just a simple guy and maybe I am wrong, but these insider loans could bite the investors in the assets, as I see it. If this thing folds up like a house of cards I do believe they, as creditors, would hold a position of power to place leans against all company assets ahead of the investors. So the value of all those patents would go to them before us, I do believe. Looks to me as though they are able to protect themselves by a move like this that was not offered to us. Did Hayward give you a call to see if you would like to get a deal that would pay you a guaranteed return on an investment with Applied DNA Sciences? I have been involved in bankruptcies with people who owed be for services and materials, but the banks and loan creditors were first in line to get what money and assets that were available. If I am wrong, someone just say so. RandyK
