SEC filings show a significant loan for the company will mature in January 2019. Thus CEO is going to be in a position where he has to announce one of three things. He is going to be forced to announce either that he’s finally moving a product, selling the company at a decent price per share, or just offer some positive PR to bump the stock. Given how easily this stock reacts to PR, any of these circumstances should mean a jump to $.05 easily, possibly even up to $.50. I think we all remember last year when rumors alone propelled this stock over $1.00.
