Typo on my part shareholders can be considered stakeholders because they are stockholders and action of corporate if it is not in favor of shareholders they can force the company to be audited or sued so they have interest how corporate running the company.Sure stakeholders lenders and such typicaly in bk they get paid first including preferred stock holders then common.

Lampert said all stakeholders we are part of it.
