Why will their sales of shares have to be illegal? Do you have any proof of them selling shares illegally in the past? You have previously expressed your concern of, and that you might report ALKM to the SEC, but I have not seen you ever link any factualy doccumented filings to back up your claims. Any proof, or even a mere smidgend of proof to that 'conversion soon' statement? We want to know what you think and appreciate your providing factual information as investors. Thanks in advance.
