What should of happened was to drop the R/S in the mix after funding was implemented! This way MMEX would be insured that the split will stick and the PPS would increase. Now what is a happening as we all know, is the PPS is slowly declining back to where it was prior to the R/S. Not saying anything bad for MMEX, but not a good business move! I assume the initial R/S was to assist in subsidized payments of sort to hold them for few weeks until their financing comes through? We all know in an R/S implementation, statistically does not pan out too well for a company. I am not sure what is the thought process is, but my years of experience with seeing this scenario happen in other companies moreover become a kiss of death. We all just have to stand by for a possibility resolution or not?
