A fair amount of time in the shareholder letter is focused on future growth opportunities.

In the 24/7 sobriety segment, they expect Iowa, Idaho, and Wyoming to follow suit shortly (providing services). All three of those states began pilot programs in mid 2017.

I posted about Florida less than a month ago, and the program they have in the county that is not rural. It is where St Petersburg and Tampa are located.
