No it is a process as I explained. The last one I was in took about 6 months before the company had everything in order. #1 is the next step that is the merger and name change into NHPI. That will come first. Then all the news will explain the rest as we go forward.

May be I'm not asking right...will the stock open up at 20 bucks a share one morning?
