Getting to the $4 Nasdaq minimum is irrelevant. With a $40mil underwritten public offering commitment, the share price requirement is bypassed. With all the connection in the investment world that Woodbrook has I am sure this $40 mil underwritten commitment would be easy for them to secure. This also seems to be the only way to get uplisted quickly, which Mike has mentioned multiple times. Stating uplist by EOY or early 2019.
