Don't listen to that B.S they're just trying to buy your stock low I own 3 million + shares and it's still 3 million shares today if it was to reverse split the value would automatically go up Hold your stock and hope that reverse does come it will make it more valuable. But more than likely they just did not want to have to file their financials so we have to wait until they do that which will probably be January or maybe even March otherwise the stock will just stay like it is .0022 to .003 Until financials are posted or re listed
