No, I agree, it's definitely not a 'scam', however, I found the trading on the first day to be highly unusual, when compared to all other new issue/IPO OTC tickers this year. In fact it was probably the worst performing first day of trading in 2018 that I personally saw, and I'm pretty sure I followed them all.

A PR was issued in the AM, as many shares as possible were sold in the .50 cent range, and in the afternoon, when the volume tapered off, the sellers mercilessly whacked every ounce of bid support, and continued to sell shares well below the initial starting price.

All the brains, accolades and accomplishments, that the folks behind ICOX have, mean nothing, if the stock trades like crap, and that's NOT the way the trading should start on any ticker.

I understand that private placement holders, got some cheap shares years ago, and are wanting to finally cash in, but where is your support for the company long term??....the company is not going anywhere, there will be chances to sell again.
