With $900,000 revenue per quarter you will see over .01 again. Even with the dilution, the pps is way oversold. Eventually, the pps will catch up with the revenue. At over $4 million per year revenue...this is a steal. With so many OTC stocks having little or no revenue, and still selling .02-.10 I don't see how UBQU ever fell this low.
