No clue! This is my HOPE: Term Sheet player has a binding interest with pullout penalty at this moment. The deal is waiting for fda guidance and if the BP gets what they want....the deal should pass thru quickly. I’m hoping it involves paying off MFO and returning Series B for the % per the agreement.

Hoping this has been all planned out and if BP is involved I guarantee it has. No mom and pop shit anymore...there will be a plan for their investors.

I’d like to see a deal hit the wire in 2018 as many deals do at the end of the year.
