This guy is not going to leave Aphria alone until it hits his target price of Zero. How does a company steer clear of this? I dunno but all I see is a long road ahead at the worst time possible with the industry just starting. As a long in Canopy I am praying for you Aphria shareholders. I hope the company can come out strong and explain all these transactions. I can only hope Canopy does not have these types of transactions on their books or any other Lp for that matter.
