i think the company is in it's weakest position to date, hence jf throwing anything out there to keep afloat...getting more crazy than the usual crazy. he can barely keep the lights on so he's been throwing out trigger words like "cash positive", "looking into dividends" etc. in his mind he probably justifies doing this while continuing to fleece shareholders. one can only imagine the notes being put out there to finance everything. mm manipulation has recently took hold again not long after the rs, they apparently have tons of shares to dump again as they elegantly play with bid/ask walls to release the shares while not totally dropping the pps to trips in a few days time. notice you'll see massive dumps not reflected on l2, they wait for the retail bid to grow and ..pow! they will prob start releasing more and more as the pps drops and since there aren't many buyers it may go fast.
