Certainly possible - I can't think of many good reasons. That would be one of the few I can think of. As VC said this thing went to .30 on air. 50,000 @ .15 (7500) 50,000 @ .30 (15,000). I think the $15,000 looks a lot better and also think that is just the starting point.
