'Hummertt' Thanks we need validation here this company has a lot of claims however they are so busy (?) it is very difficult to Validate what the company is really doing in the Middle East.
We do not know what the asset Transfer consists of ? I expect it is related to the development of the property on Al Reem Island > ( Abu Dhabi ) I think that's where it is .

Question ? (1) 'Hummertt' What is your take on the relationship between Emaar and Weassal ? if any ?
(2) how big is Weassal in Abu Dhabi now ?

My take on the situation is that this is a way for Weassal / perhaps Emaar ? > to get listed on the USA stock exchange IE: NASDAQ upcoming. .
I understand that privet investors need not be reveled through Nevada Corporations such as SLJB
