The question would be if holding that amount of shares that are on the ask one would think to do enough DD before making a decision to sell at these super low prices. Unless one just really needed the cash no matter what. Management sure has fumbled the ball here with this delay. They should take out all these cheap shares if they really feel the stock is undervalued. When would they be able to buy such a big block again this cheap should filings and good news hit. I mean not a ton of money to take out a good part of the float!
