You still don't get it Mark. Market value is what people are willing to pay for it. It is the simple result of buying pressure versus selling pressure. It is NOT an objective measurement of fair value. For that we have appraised value, book value, and a number of other things.

SIAF was $17 three years ago and it is 20 cents today. Nothing much has changed...
