they were given bad advice... they should have got their cse listing first, then announced the acquisition. I say this for two reasons, its a great way so start your debut on the CSE with a transformative announcement and more importantly... they almost go back to square one with the regulators and the exchange because they have to essentially redo their filing statement to include crx. so, another 8 weeks from the acquisition i am sure until the listing... and now with this aphria sh($#t, you can bet your bottom dollar some angry failed lawyer at the osc is going to do a deep dive up our @ss
