Ok, so you do have some realism about it.
I make my prediction a little more accurate:
I guess somewhere around Q3 they will pay out 1-2 cents. And that will be all.
Most people suspect more or less this divi policy to fail at least somewhat. The other side of the story is that by that most people admit the announcements were actions trying to manipulate the share price up. To what extent we will find out soon.
If this goes how I see it going we can talk about almost 100% manipulation which is quite nasty misleading of the market and should be punishable. But then again it was just a "policy" which shouldn't be binding, so IMHO this was clever scamming, abuse of the concept of dividend policy. Dividend policy should be % of profits or cash flow, not a fixed sum especially if the money doesn't exist already in their bank account.
Soon we know more.

My prediction is that a cash dividend will at least have been paid by the end of the first quarter next year. I expect the first record date to be this year but I am not sure this will come true. I will not be surprised if two cash dividends of 5 cents each are not paid next year. I think the probabiity of these two dividends being paid is less than 50%.
