I would actually argue there is a lot of good going on the MJ industry in Canada. The process to become licensed is many stages and very heavily regulated on Q&A, security, Inventory control etc. If you are licensed to produce and sell then you are legit. And most producers are actually private actually and many are public also and are very legit and sticking t their knitting.

the APHA LATAM and other deals are really a black eye for the industry

There's a lot of bad crap happening out there...Aphria just so happens to be in the crosshairs right now.
