GVHD is on hold due to funding. In models for healthy capitalized enterprises, in valuation it’s better to take on debt then give away equity. Most on the board feel that it is cheap to do so, but with each share on the books and option for warrants our P/E multiple goes down.

DR. RP has to have some friends with deep pockets. The board members of his past company were from Columbia/ Harvard tons of IB come from those schools.

I feel like Nader should get on Linked in and start sending messages to any fund - some one will answer to be honest.
