The most interesting part about the share structure is I would expect this board is almost cornering the market on UCPA. What I mean - 1.62bn shares about 76% owned by insiders so that leaves a true float of .24 * 1.62bn ~390m. I myself own 8.5m and I would estimate between the longs on this board we own around 150m shares total. That leaves a true float out there of around 240m shares. That's a reall small float and to your point when revs reach 100m or they start doing a true PR campaign those 240m will get snatched up so fast. This stock is the biggest no brainer I've ever stumbled on. Easily running to .04 area next year at some point. I'm buying all I can down here.
