How will he raise capital to get this company moving

if he doesn't Reverse Split or Increase the Authorized which is currently Maxed out ?

No Products
No Revenue
Massive Debt to service

I do like the name. It caught my Eye

But he will have to Dilute at some point to Service Debt and raise Capital to get this Company Moving
