I know MacGregor, I know the company and am very familiar with the UK company. LDSI will never get listed for many reasons. Firstly Michael Bannor MacGregor is this persons alias name, he is an ex-con who has defrauded people of millions of $.
In addition, MacGregor never did one days work with Vastech, he maneuvered his way onto the board with a lot of false promises (he is a SUPER con artist) and once he was on he performed all kinds of unlawful acts to steal the IP. THIS IS A PURE SCAM!!
