The agent told me that since NWGFF was registered in Canada, it would be hard to get an answer from them. Not impossible, but tough. What he suggested that I do was file a claim against TD Ameritrade and explain in the body of the report that this wasn’t directed at TD Ameritrade, but a Canadian stock that they are doing business with. The SEC agent took all my info and I am forwarding the case to him. I also made them well aware that multiple texts, e-mails and phone calls to this company were never returned. That’s where it stands, my complaint had been filed. I will leave the information below .
