Pretty much read any of Data's posts.

PTAB is not going to allow any new evidence per WDDD's request which means WDDD thinks they have enough evidence to get through the PTAB (basically- Bungie is guilty until proven innocent and Bungie isn't allowed to bring in any new evidence because the PTAB agreed with WDDD that everything is already there). Still looks like there is no dagger to kill WDDD, it's just you have to have the patience of a Saint to be in this one.

Next up is Bungie's reply to the PTAB.
