Ok, last time. There are NO publicly traded exchanges in the world that trade niobium!...Niobium pricing is negotiated between the buyer and the seller, full stop.

It just so happens that CBMM wields the biggest stick in the three party NB club currently- at 85% of world production. So what they say the price is today, generally goes! (from my understanding).

To put it simply; if customer A sits down in front of CBMM- customer A will walk out the door with an agreed upon price for their NB purchase.
Customer B walks in after and has a buy order negotiated- the pricing could be different.

As far as what market-based pricing structure means:
Market Based Pricing is defined as a process of setting prices of goods/services based on the current market conditions. ... If the features of a product are more than that of competitor's, then company may set prices same to provide better value to the customers or may set high to account for additional feature.

I suggest complete your DD, it's all on Google. EOM
