It kind of sounds to me that Golden Leaf has had a change of heart in regards to the TRTC merger. They are moving forward with the Tahoe merger and even got better terms for the deal. I believe that merging with Tahoe instead of TRTC is a much better direction to go. Plus all the news coming out about Golden Leaf is about the Tahoe merger and no mention of TRTC.
