Every person, I've ever met would like to have some closure to a question.

If the company doesn't provide it, then people will reach their own conclusions, often without any supporting evidence. The company could assist shareholders by providing guidance which is allowed under Safe Harbor or Forward Looking Statements; "In United States business law, a forward-looking statement or safe harbor statement is a statement that cannot sustain itself as merely a historical fact. A forward-looking statement predicts, projects, or uses future events as expectations or possibilities."

As far as the DD, may I respectfully suggest (and that's not sarcasm, I mean it when I say "with respect") that no one post about "DD". Suggestions have been made that according to "DD" that this would run in October, November, etc. And I'm not suggesting this was one of your posts...it wasn't

The best DD, is an 8-K or 10-Q...the rest is not, especially when it doesn't happen. We wait.
