I need some DD help ...

Now, what I want to know, is what is fishy about this transaction and how can this legitimately taint Liberty Health?

Aphria's divestment of LHS! First block of 27M @1.25 in February was bought by The Serruya (80%) and Delavaco Group (20%) The 64M shares in promissory note at 12% interest was done mostly with the Serruya around 51M...(80%)..check sedi.ca and probably another 20% with Delavaco Group, but I'm not sure with the last 20%!
