$KNSC - thank you for the response.

One would think that the company could put out an update without violating any rules. Even if it stated the obvious, that we've decided to spend more time in court but this will put us in a better place when it is resolved.

A couple of months isn't the end of the world (to wait) and communicating with shareholders isn't that difficult. imo
