The issue IS,

Is APHA management COMPLICIT in paying millions for the purchases mentioned OR if they are just INCOMPETENT, THEN...

Everything APHA puts out is SUSPECT...

P.S. They have a BIG HOLE to dig out of.....hope they have a couple of BILLIONAIRES on the board so they can BUY A LOT MORE SHARES....
