They’re both fantastic long holds.

Since KGKG is debt free, and advancing organically as a business, they should have minimal need to cash out any of their shares. I asked Robert Clark about this a month or so ago, and he said KGKG had no need to use VATE shares to raise capital.

Both companies are in a very good situation. Each of their successes will benefit the other.

VATE’s stock price will directly impact the balance sheet for KGKG. So all KGKG shareholders stand to profit from VATE doing well.

And since both owners know each other very well, it’s safe to say that KGKG’s success will greatly benefit VATE. Anytime KGKG does business with a new distributor, you’d have to believe that VATE is probably mentioned. So doors are opened. I know for a fact of one distributor who took on KGKG product, and then bought VATE product a few weeks after.

Simple business. Clark and Medico appear to have it figured out.

I’m long in both. I’ll move money around in and out as needed, but these are 2 gems in the OTC. And overall, I view these are an easy long term investment.
