Exactly. That's speaks to his absolutely astonishing level of ineptitude. Rather than raise money when pps was high, he decided to lie to and deceive his own shareholders to lure them into giving him funds when the pps was extremely low. Brilliant business decisions huh?? That's out leader who`s going to expand this company?? The fact that he lost so much of his own money is what led him to scam his own shareholders.

I'm curious, how do you explain away the many lies told to shareholders during the offering?
