The last pr is the one that bothered me as someone who has been in the restaurant business for a long time I can tell you a few things. First it is the worst business to be in. Failure rate is extremely high and that's why banks rarely loan money to them.I have friends that are successful upscale restaurant owners and they rely on private investors for their loans. Second who buys a bunch of them at once and why did they sell them and where are the pictures of them. Pictures would help. The only thing that made any sense was the 30 acres for cultivation that's it. So now we're in the restaurant business. Really? Big mistake IMO
